Step 1 – Turf Removal & Site Preparation
We remove and dispose of the existing Turf eliminating any existing weeds and pests in the process.
Step 2 – Grading & Surface Leveling
We then grade the existing land to smooth and shape. Defining any low or high problem areas, if present.
Step 3 – Rough Grading
Following the rough grading work, we bring in fresh soil
Step 4 – Fresh Topsoil & Fine Grading
The final grading is completed through the spreading of the freshly placed soil
Step 4 – Professional Sod Installation
And finally the freshly cut Kentucky Blue Grass is installed. To help assist the bond between the new sod & the fresh soil we then compress the lawn with a heavy roller. Upon completion we give full sod care instructions. This includes watering and fertilizer schedules
